An Influencer Kit Built Around Mystery
How do you introduce two performance shoes built for two completely different terrains? Altra skipped the standard shoe box and asked Premier to engineer an influencer kit that let recipients choose their own adventure upon opening.
The centerpiece of the kit wasn’t the shoes. It was the decision.
This influencer kit’s structure became part of the experience. Wide-format printed corrugated construction gave it a sturdy foundation, while a book-style opening, magnetic closure, and rope carrying handles guided recipients through the reveal. A bungee cord retention system kept each shoe secure from shipping to unboxing.
Great packaging doesn’t just reveal a product. It invites choice and participation.
One of the kit’s boldest ideas was a hidden message within the artwork only visible with decoder glasses. Premier’s EP team stayed diligent through rounds of prototyping and testing, proof that the right tech and in-house capabilities can bring ambitious concepts to life.
That same attention to detail carried through production. Structural engineering, interactive print effects, custom inserts, and hands-on assembly came together through rounds of testing and refinement. Every capability worked to turn a shoe delivery into an influencer kit built for athletes, creators, and media partners to remember.
