This custom influencer kit for PUMA x A$AP Rocky was designed to deliver more than a product—it created a full brand experience. Inspired by Formula 1 toolboxes, the packaging combined structural design, corrugate construction, and functional hardware to produce a bold, high-impact unboxing moment for influencers and fans.

Built Like the Real Thing

Inspired by the iconic red toolbox found in race garages, the structure was designed to feel authentic while remaining lightweight and highly functional.

Constructed from direct-print corrugate using wide-format production, the kit was engineered to replicate the look and scale of a traditional metal toolbox—without the added weight. The exterior graphics brought the concept to life, delivering a striking, high-impact visual right out of the gate.

To Elevate Realism and Usability:

  • A black handle with working metal hinges was integrated into the top, allowing the kit to be carried like a true toolbox
  • Functional hardware elements reinforced the industrial aesthetic
  • The overall structure was built for durability, encouraging reuse long after the initial unboxing moment

Designed for Experience

Inside, a lift-out tray created a layered reveal, adding depth to the unboxing and guiding the recipient through the experience. Each element was intentionally placed to balance structure, storytelling, and surprise.
