Premier Press has acquired POD4Print, a respected Oregon-based direct mail company with a 23-year track record of serving clients in the healthcare and financial services industries. The acquisition reinforces Premier’s already-strong position in secure, data-driven direct mail and further demonstrates its commitment to investing in enterprise-ready marketing solutions.

“We’re excited to welcome the new team to our organization. This acquisition brings together complementary strengths, creating new opportunities for growth, innovation, and shared learning for both companies,” said Juli Cordill, Premier Press CMO/Managing Director.

A History of Direct Mail Growth

This marks Premier’s second strategic acquisition in the direct mail space. In 2016, the company acquired Ad-Mail, another Oregon-based mail and data processing company, enhancing Premier’s capabilities and capacity in personalized, data-sensitive communications. The addition of POD4Print builds on that momentum by deepening client relationships in regulated industries and adding seasoned expertise.

The newly expanded organization will continue to uphold rigorous data management standards to support clients handling sensitive and regulated information. From healthcare notices to financial statements, Premier Press is equipped to manage complex data flows with precision and security.

“POD4Print’s culture and approach to finding enterprise solutions for clients match Premier’s vision. There is a strong mutual respect for what each company has achieved in the marketplace, and we are excited to build on that together,” said Chris Feryn, Premier Press President.

The acquisition is consistent with Premier’s long-standing strategy of investing in people, technology, and processes to meet evolving client needs. With more than 200 employees and continued business growth, Premier is well-positioned to deliver faster turnarounds, more secure data handling, and enterprise-scale solutions across channels.

What Doesn’t Change? Our Commitment.

“Joining forces with Premier Press is an exciting next step for us. We’ve built our business over the past 23 years by focusing on quality, service, and trust—and those are values Premier shares,” said Rob Williams, POD4Print President. “Together, we’ll be able to offer even more to our clients, with speed, scale, and innovation.”

POD4Print’s team brings deep experience in personalized mail, especially in compliance-heavy verticals. Their integration into Premier Press’s broader suite of capabilities—including branded merchandise, packaging, and creative services—enhances Premier’s ability to serve as a comprehensive partner for clients seeking both creative and operational excellence.

The combined team’s knowledge and capabilities will continue to drive results for clients—on time, on brand, and backed by secure, data-savvy execution.
