A Peak Into Brand Collaboration Packaging
Two iconic brands. Two distinct audiences. One brief. When Crocs and Xbox came together for a co-branded campaign, the brand collaboration packaging had to do more than deliver products — it had to deliver an experience. Premier’s in-house team developed both concepts, producing two unique unboxing executions under one creative vision and a six-week timeline from concept to nationwide distribution.

Two Mailings. Two Audiences.
One Production Partner
This campaign called for two separate mailings, each built for a different audience. Tier 1 delivered a luxury turned-edge drawer box with a premium collector feel. Tier 2 took a different direction: a large-scale corrugated Crocs shoe functioning as both packaging and display piece. Each kit was designed, engineered, prototyped, and produced internally. Two distinct brand collaboration packaging solutions and one creative team.
Designed from the Inside Out
Tier 1 was engineered around the unboxing. A pull-out drawer held a custom dense foam insert securing the Xbox controller during transit. On top, custom Crocs designed to resemble Xbox controllers, a portable Xbox system, Jibbitz charms, and an informational card. Custom controller sleeves, textured to reference Crocs material, carried the collaboration story all the way to the details.

Structural Design as a Brand Statement
The Tier 2 “shoe box” wasn’t just a container, it was a conversation piece. Produced using wide format printing with full interior and exterior Xbox green color matching, the oversized corrugated structure housed custom Crocs shoes, an Xbox controller, decorative Jibbitz charms, and an informational card. The shoe became the moment before a single product was revealed. The packaging had already done its job.
Concept Through Delivery, One Partner
From structural design through kitting and fulfillment, every production detail was managed end to end, built around client-supplied products, and engineered to deliver on the campaign’s ambitions. When creative storytelling, structural design, and distribution strategy operate under one roof, the package stops being a container and becomes part of the campaign.
