Grand Welcome Vacation Rental Postcards

In recent years, there has been a surge of people investing in real estate properties in prime locations to rent out to vacationers when not in use.

When Grand Welcome reached out to Premier Press to help them reach local homeowners and apprise them of their property management services, we were happy to help facilitate a custom direct mailer unique to each recipient.

Grand Welcome Vacation Rentals is a property management company that takes pride in providing a comprehensive management program for all types of rentals.

In order to reach local homeowners, Grand Welcome wanted to do something different from their competitor’s usual advertising methods. They wanted to connect with their homeowners on a more personal level.

To do this, our team at Premier opted to utilize our variable data print capabilities which allowed us to customize each direct mail piece to each individual homeowner through a series of different data points. For this specific project, we opted to personalize the:

• Photos unique to each homeowner’s location
• Handwritten letter from the local agent
• QR code
• Mailing address

The image on the front of the postcard depicted a local home currently managed by Grand Welcome as an example of the type of properties they manage in the homeowner’s geographical area.

The back of the postcard contains a letter from the local managing agent detailing who Grand Welcome is, the services they provide, and offering a free revenue projection should they decide to short-term rent out their home.

The postcard was printed using our four-color T250 Ink Jet Press and then mailed from our facility in a custom envelope for a more professional look.
