Columbia Sportswear was looking for a unique store refresh to launch the Spring 2018 Casual Outdoor initiative.

Inspired by their brand’s ability to bridge the gap between urban and outdoor, Columbia teamed with InnerWorkings and Premier Press to create a structural window display simulating a Truss bridge. The structure needed to be produced two-sided, ship unassembled, and contain intuitive assembly instructions. The final graphic needed to free stand in Columbia flagship stores across the country, spanning over 5 feet wide x 10 feet tall.

InnerWorkings supplied Premier with a visual deck of intent to guide the project. Our development team engineered structural components to visually match their vision.

Window components in this initiative included:

  • Two-sided Truss made from Ecoboard with Hand Painted Hardware
  • Two-sided Beams made from Styrene
  • Two-sided Vinyl Banners
  • Structural Table made from Ecoboard
  • Static Cling Window Messaging

Each store also received a selection of interior graphics, including:

  • SEG Lightbox Graphics
  • Poly 8 Fixture Graphics
  • Footwear risers made from Infinity board

From engineering to installation, Premier’s expertise ensured a successful, exciting window execution.
