An Immersive Branded “Shock and Awe” Sponsor Sales Kit

To help the Seattle Sounders stand out, we designed VIP kits that brought their stadium to life and immediately grabbed the attention of prospective sponsors.
Our team oversaw every step of this project spanning design, concepting, engineering, production, fulfillment, and distribution. We presented three different options for the box and made just a few tweaks to bring their vision to life and ensure the Sounders would land their dream sponsors.
The kit mailed to select large corporate partners in the Seattle area matched the Sounders’ crest perfectly. The bold colors are accomplished through a large format direct print with four colors. Recipients can proudly display the crest at their business.
Upon opening the crest lid, a magnet triggers an inlaid video screen to begin playing — a roaring crowd brings the recipient right into the stadium as they learn more about the team.
A printed acrylic piece matches the soccer stadium green, completing the stadium image, but remains transparent to reveal a personalized letter. A sample jersey is set behind the letter, giving the sponsor another way to show off their Sounders pride.
High-quality printing brings the stadium to life in crystal clear detail. Rows are filled with cheering fans, commemorating the team’s winning goal during a past match.
The structure is made of cut foam that makes it light for travel. A rigorous drop test process ensured the packaging would keep the crest and its distinct edges safe in transit, as well as the video screen and acrylic topper.
