Premier’s SOC 2 Certification Further Enhances Our Ability to Securely Handle Confidential Information for Direct Mail Clients in Industries Including Medical, Insurance, and Financial Services

Premier is excited to announce – we’ve received our SOC 2 Type II Certification! This means we can better serve clients in industries requiring secure handling of confidential personal information.

Our team is now even better equipped to serve the needs of customers in industries like insurance, medical/health and financial services.

What is SOC 2?

SOC 2 (System and Organization Controls 2) is an auditing procedure designed to ensure that third-party service providers securely manage data to protect their clients’ privacy and interests. Now that we have this certification, annual audits will be conducted to verify that those standards are maintained. SOC 2 compliance is defined by the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants) Trust Services Criteria.

This enables us to expand our direct mail offerings and widen our client base. We’re also HIPAA compliant, which many healthcare clients require. 

This represents our continued commitment to keeping our clients’ data secure by following rigorous processes, restricted access to the plant, and secure storage, along with regular employee training on security. It’s yet another step we’ve taken to assure customers that we care deeply about their privacy and data security.
